I am currently studying in hopes of pursuing a career in Architecture. My aim is to express my creativeness and create a range of unique architectural spaces.
My project is a series of collages that express the beauty of The Artificial and The Natural's coexistence. I decided to continue the idea from my first concept book and carry on the collage work as I felt it depicted the idea that I wanted to express clearly. I used a range of images both from the internet and from physical magazines; for the background of my collages, I decided to use tunnel images from different periods to depict the relationship between The Artificial and The Natural during those times. By exploring this idea, my goal was to emphasise further the beauty of The Artificial and The Natural's coexistence in the same space. As well as how, throughout the years as a society, we have gone from using natural elements to build homes to barely including natural aspects to using the natural environment to better the function of the body, mind, and home.
