I am a soon to be Interior Designer and my aim is to bring out the beauty out of everything. The world is filled with beauty in places you less expected and my goal is to show the audience all the povs of the world.
It’s a series of sculptures which continues from my concept from project 1 focusing on the beauty of moments in life. The use of material and colour in this project are all part of my plan bringing the concept to life. Using the fragility of the clay and also it’s dull colour to represent the day-to-day routine that we all have and the colourful threads going through them to represents those happy little moments that keeps us alive, like quitting your 9 to 5 job to go travel full time, or just that excitement of waiting for the weekend to come . Those are what the colourful threads are for, they represent the moments and memories that keep us going in life. I aim to let people know that those little moments/ feelings that you think are small and insignificant are actually the highlights in your life and you shouldn’t think little of it. As those moments are what’s keeping your life fun and exciting and beautiful.
