As a designer, my direction is visual communication. I hope to show different design concepts through different visual effects. I put more energy into the visual expression of different materials, and I chose to use light and shadow and shape more to express different design contents in the design.
The theme of my project is the fusion of traditional Chinese culture and modern design. I made a handmade handbag, and I chose some innovative fabrics that are very futuristic. These fabrics have reflective and transparent characteristics, which can add a lot of futurity to the handbag. At the same time, I also used embroidery techniques and wood for decoration in the handbag, two elements that are widely used in traditional Chinese design. Through this handbag, I hope to promote Chinese traditional culture by combining modern popular design, so that more people will pay attention to and like Chinese traditional culture.
